2. Order Process & Personalization

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by TeddyBear.net.au
  • Custom personalization details must be provided clearly and accurately at time of order
  • We will contact you if clarification is needed for your personalization requests
  • Orders cannot be modified once production has commenced

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Payment is required in full at time of order
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

4. Production & Delivery Times

  • Standard production time is 7-14 business days from order confirmation
  • Rush orders available for additional fee (contact us for availability)
  • Delivery times commence from dispatch date
  • Australia-wide shipping available

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective items
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt
  • We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Quality Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship
  • Minor variations in handmade items are normal and add to their unique character
  • Colors may vary slightly from screen display due to monitor settings

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must own rights to any images, text, or designs provided for personalization
  • TeddyBear.net.au retains rights to refuse orders that infringe copyright or trademark
  • We may use images of completed orders for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties
  • Information collected is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item
  • We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
